OUR COMMITMENT
We recognise that people living with mental health conditions can find it challenging to live alone, to manage day to day tasks and often, experience difficulty in finding and keeping a home. We thereby provide safe and effective care and support for people in their own homes, with their own tenancy agreements to enable them to develop life skills and independence, as an important part of their recovery; along with access to services that enable those with mental health conditions to live as independently as possible.
We provide support for individuals who are living in our community, who might be experiencing an escalation in symptoms to avoid hospitalisation and/or for individuals leaving hospital who need support at home. Such as;
Individuals with Mental Health Needs
Our team works closely with mental health professionals to ensure seamless, holistic care and we also offer practical and emotional support to help individuals who require care and support but do not need to be inpatient care manage their mental well-being.
Individuals with Learning Disabilities
We understand that people with learning disabilities may face unique challenges in their daily lives. Our team provides assistance in areas such as communication, personal development, and decision-making, helping individuals build confidence and achieve greater independence.
Individuals with Acquired Brain Injury
We provide specialized supported living services for individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), helping them rebuild their lives and regain independence. Our team is dedicated to offering tailored support that addresses these unique needs with sensitivity and professionalism.
Individuals with Physical and Sensory Impairment
We understand that physical and sensory impairments can present unique challenges, and we work closely with individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals to provide personalized support that promotes dignity, confidence, and quality of life.
Individuals on the Autism Spectrum
For those on the autism spectrum, we provide structured, compassionate support that respects individual preferences and routines. Whether it’s assistance with social integration, sensory needs, or developing life skills, we aim to create an environment where individuals can thrive.
